Nepal's Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology (MoSTE) launched its Country Environmental Analysis (CEA) on February 27, 2009 at a stakeholder meeting in Kathamandu.  Developed with support from the World Bank, the CEA provides a foundational analysis of the state of environmental governance and identifies opportunities for reform.
